Job summary

Confidential in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Social Media Content Creator & Digital Marketing Executive to manage daily social content and campaigns. You’ll photograph products, film and edit short videos, write captions, and design banners for the website and digital campaigns.

You’ll work with product and production teams to capture moments, plan shoots, and tailor content for Instagram and TikTok. The role requires strong English writing, creativity, and the ability to post daily.

Qualifications

• A portfolio showing short‑form video, product photography and digital banner design.
• Practical experience managing social media for a retail, gifting, lifestyle or e‑commerce brand.
• Confidence shooting with a smartphone or camera and working with lighting, styling and composition.
• Proficiency with editing and design tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop or Canva.
• Strong written English and the ability to produce polished work consistently against a daily posting schedule. Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish daily social content.
• Own photography and video from start to finish.
• Design marketing banners for homepage, mobile, emails, and promos.
• Write captions and campaign copy.
• Plan ahead for key occasions and launches (Ramadan, Eid, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas).
• Track performance metrics and decide what ideas to repeat or retire.
