You will monitor engagement, respond to audiences, stay ahead of trends, and ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and local regulations while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in social media content creation including copywriting, design basics, and short-form video.
• Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and using scheduling/analytics tools.
• Ability to develop and execute content strategies that support marketing and brand objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; Arabic or other Dubai languages are advantageous.

Role Description

The Social Media Content Creator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, creating social media content for the whole group of companies.

The ideal candidate need to :

• Write scripts.
• Shoot videos by the scripts written before.
• Edit videos in order to produce final and ready content for Social Media.
• The Social Media Content Creator will monitor social media engagement and analytics, respond to audience interactions, and adjust content strategies to improve reach and performance. This role also involves staying current with social media trends in Dubai’s real estate market and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in social media content creation, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video production.
• Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and using scheduling and analytics tools.
• Ability to develop and execute content strategies that support marketing and brand objectives.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, social media trends, and audience engagement techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
• Knowledge of or strong interest in the Dubai real estate market and willingness to learn industry-specific concepts.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
