Job summary

haus & haus is seeking a Content Creator to join our Marketing team in Dubai. This hands-on role requires a strong eye for visual storytelling, the ability to direct people on camera, and to craft content that builds personal brands for our agents.

You'll collaborate with agents to produce property walkthroughs, market updates, and day-in-the-life content, coordinating shoots and delivering across social channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience creating video and photography content.
• Strong shooting and editing skills across video and photography using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom or similar.
• Confidence directing non-professional talent and getting the best on camera.
• Understanding of short-form video trends and social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run regular content shoots with agents across Dubai.
• Shoot and edit short-form and long-form video for Reels, TikTok and YouTube.
• Capture high-quality photography for agents, listings and social media.
• Direct and coach agents on camera for natural content.
• Build and manage a shoot calendar coordinating with agents and Marketing.
• Collaborate with Social and Web teams to align content with monthly plans.
• Advise agents on personal branding and how to repurpose footage.

We are looking for a Content Creator to join our growing Marketing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who has a strong eye for visual storytelling, knows what works on social, and is confident directing people on camera.

You’ll work closely with our agents to create content that builds their personal brands, from property walkthroughs and market updates to day-in-the-life and social-first content.

What You'll Do

• Plan and run regular content shoots with agents across Dubai.
• Shoot and edit short-form and long-form video, including Reels, TikToks and YouTube content.
• Capture high-quality photography for agents, listings and social media.
• Direct and coach agents on camera to create natural, confident and engaging content.
• Build and manage a shoot calendar, coordinating with agents and the wider Marketing team.
• Work closely with Social and Web teams to deliver content aligned with monthly content plans.
• Advise agents on personal branding, content ideas and how to repurpose footage across their own channels.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years' experience creating video and photography content.
• Strong shooting and editing skills across video and photography, using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom or similar.
• Confidence directing non-professional talent and getting the best out of people on camera.
• A strong understanding of short-form video trends, social platforms and what performs.
• A creative eye and strong visual judgement.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage a busy, changing shoot schedule.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in real estate or a client-facing professional services industry is preferred.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools is an advantage.
• Flexibility to shoot across Dubai, including occasional early mornings or weekends.
