Job summary

haus & haus Social Media & Content Specialist is responsible for growing the social presence for Designhaus Collection and haus & haus Holidays. You will develop platform-native storytelling to boost brand awareness, engage audiences and support business objectives.

We seek a proactive creator who spots trends, collaborates with the Founder and Marketing Manager, and coordinates shoots and campaigns to keep both brands relevant in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of social media experience across platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Instagram/LinkedIn and best practices.
• Basic content editing skills with Canva/CapCut/Adobe Express.
• Understanding of paid campaigns and ad basics.
• Ability to track simple metrics and report findings.
• Highly organised with a structured content calendar.
• Strong written communication and captions.
• Comfortable coordinating with senior leaders.
• Creative thinker who balances art and data.
• Must have UAE driving license and be based in Dubai.

Responsibilities

The Social Media & Content Specialist is responsible for managing and growing the social media presence of Designhaus Collection and haus & haus Holidays.

This role focuses on developing and executing content that strengthens brand awareness, grows engaged audiences and supports wider business objectives.

We're looking for someone proactive in identifying content opportunities, responding to trends and finding innovative ways to showcase our brand, properties and company culture through engaging, platform-native storytelling.

Must have a valid UAE driving license, be living in Dubai and be comfortable driving to different locations.

What You'll Do

• Create and publish engaging content across platforms and formats — reels, stories, feed posts and other social-first content — for Designhaus Collection and haus & haus Holidays
• Write captions and ensure all posts reflect the brand tone and messaging
• Support the creation of video content through filming and editing where required
• Maintain and manage the monthly social media content calendar, ensuring content is planned in advance and delivered consistently
• Coordinate upcoming posts with marketing campaigns and business priorities
• Work closely with the Founder and Marketing Manager to align on monthly priorities and calendar overviews
• Coordinate shoots, assets and creative materials with the Production and Design teams
• Support content production from concept development through to final delivery
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and interactions across social media platforms
• Support community engagement and help build meaningful relationships with audiences through timely, on‑brand interactions
• Assist with the creation of content for digital and paid social campaigns, including adapting organic content for ads
• Stay up to date with social media trends and emerging content formats, and proactively suggest new ideas to keep the brands relevant and competitive
• Track performance metrics through native platform analytics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and use insights to inform future content decisions.

What You'll Need

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and best practices
• Basic content editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar)
• Basic understanding of social media advertising and paid campaignsAbility to track basic social media performance metrics
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Understanding of short‑form video content creation, including filming, editing and optimising for different platforms
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a structured content calendar
• Creative and proactive, bringing fresh content ideas regularly
• Strong written communication skills for captions and social content
• Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and founders
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in brand tone
• Ability to collaborate with photographers, videographers and marketing teams
