LightEdge Asset Management in Dubai is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to plan, produce, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube to support the firm’s brand and thought leadership in global investing.

You will develop content calendars, write posts and captions, create short-form video and visual assets with design resources, and translate complex investment concepts into clear, accessible messaging while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, produce, and publish engaging content across social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube) to support LEAM's brand and thought leadership in global investing. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, writing posts and captions, creating short-form video and visual assets in collaboration with design resources, and adapting complex investment concepts into clear, accessible content.

The role involves monitoring social performance analytics, optimizing content based on data-driven insights, and coordinating with investment and marketing teams to ensure messaging accuracy and compliance. The Social Media Content Creator will also stay current with social media trends and best practices in financial services and global markets.

Qualifications

• Strong social media content creation skills, including writing clear, engaging posts and captions, and crafting content tailored to platform-specific audiences.
• Experience developing content strategies and editorial calendars that align with brand positioning and marketing objectives.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools, with a track record of optimizing content based on performance data.
• Basic design and multimedia skills (e.g., image editing, short-form video creation, use of tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain brand voice, accuracy, and compliance in a regulated industry.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, global investment environment and collaborating closely with marketing and investment professionals.
