Aetram Finserv LLC is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our online presence in the financial services sector. You will craft engaging content, manage multiple platforms, and support digital campaigns to strengthen brand equity.

The role focuses on B2B audiences, requires strong copywriting and analytics, and involves collaboration with Compliance and design teams to ensure regulatory adherence. Dubai-based candidates with UAE market insight are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar role.
• Experience in financial services, banking, investments, asset management, fintech, brokerage, or capital markets is preferred.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels.
• Create engaging content related to financial markets, investments and company updates.
• Develop monthly content calendars and coordinate publishing across platforms.
• Write captions, articles, posts, campaign copy, and other digital content.
• Coordinate with Content, Design, Business Development, and Compliance teams for accuracy and suitability.
• Monitor trends, engagement, competitor activity, and industry developments.
• Track and report reach, engagement, leads, and campaign performance.
• Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with external agencies as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
• Ensure content complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Aetram Finserv LLC is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with relevant experience in the financial services, investment, banking, asset management, fintech, or capital markets industry.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, developing engaging financial-services content, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and strengthening the company’s online brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s business and brand objectives.
• Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging content related to financial markets, investments, financial products, industry insights, and company updates.
• Develop monthly content calendars and coordinate timely publishing across platforms.
• Write social media captions, articles, posts, campaign copy, and other digital content.
• Coordinate with the Content, Design, Business Development, and Compliance teams to ensure content is accurate and appropriate for publication.
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, competitor activity, and industry developments.
• Track and report key performance metrics including reach, engagement, leads, and campaign performance.
• Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with external agencies where required.
• Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and corporate communication across all digital channels.
• Ensure financial and promotional content follows applicable company policies and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
• Previous experience in financial services, banking, investment, asset management, fintech, brokerage, or capital markets is required/preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing practices.
• Experience creating content for a B2B and professional audience.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of SEO & GEO and digital content marketing will be an advantage.
• Experience working in a regulated financial-services environment will be an advantage.
• Candidates with UAE experience will be preferred.
