The role will work closely with Founders & Management and collaborate with our Digital and Performance Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficient with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confident in front of the camera and on-camera interviews.
• Experience creating and editing Reels and short-form videos.
• Photography, videography and basic video editing skills.
• Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Creative, proactive, and able to generate content ideas independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• UAE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

The role will work closely with Founders & Management and collaborate with our Digital and Performance Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and regularly update Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other social media channels.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, professionally representing the company across social media, videos, interviews, events, and other brand activities.
• Plan, schedule and publish posts, Reels, Stories, videos and company updates.
• Create engaging photos, videos, Reels, interviews and short-form content.
• Write captions, hooks, scripts and social media copy.
• Manage and engage with social media pages, groups and online communities.
• Respond to comments, messages, mentions and relevant enquiries.
• Create content featuring Founders, Management, employees, services, company activities and events.
• Confidently appear on camera and conduct interviews when required.

• Follow social media trends and continuously bring fresh content ideas.
• Maintain the content calendar and ensure consistent, timely posting.
• Monitor organic reach, engagement, views and follower growth.
• Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Design and other internal teams.
