Job summary

ChangeNow is seeking a skilled SMM professional in Dubai to craft engaging content and visuals for a crypto audience while monitoring trends and real-time news across crypto channels.

You will manage community feedback, produce short-form videos, run paid campaigns, and analyze analytics to optimize our social media strategy. English level should be C1, with strong copywriting and crisis management abilities, plus hands-on experience with Figma, GA4, and paid ChatGPT/Claude.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in SMM (crypto/Web3 experience is a must).
• English C1 – fluent and confident.
• Strong copywriting and crisis management skills.
• Hands-on with Figma, GA4, ChatGPT/Claude (paid versions).
• Deep knowledge of X, Telegram, Reddit, IG, TikTok, YouTube – and how they work in crypto.
