IBMC in Dubai seeks a consumate Community Manager to be the face of the brand across social platforms. This on-site role involves building an engaged online community, producing viral-ready content, and serving as the primary on-camera talent for short-form video.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience managing communities, superb English copywriting, and comfort with Canva, CapCut and Buffer. Familiarity with trading/finance a plus; applicants must reside in Dubai.

Qualifikationen

• Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to work on-site in Dubai.
• 2–3 years of experience managing online communities or social media accounts.
• Highly confident, expressive, and comfortable presenting in front of the camera for short-form video content (Portfolio/Social Media handles are required).
• Exceptional English communication and copywriting skills (written and verbal).
• Comfortable using creative tools like Canva, CapCut, Buffer, or similar.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms.
• Strong understanding of the Trading or Finance industry is a huge plus.
• Proactive, responsive, and able to represent the brand with a professional yet friendly tone.
