Job summary

D3 is building the world's first purpose-built blockchain for DomainFi, with team members across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. We are looking for a marketing-minded professional in Dubai to help manage daily social publishing and community engagement.

You'll own channel experiments from X to TikTok, run production for events, and produce consistent reports. Strong writing, project management, and async collaboration across time zones are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong project management instincts.
• Ability to context-switch across multiple projects.
• Clear, fast writing skills.
• Experience with social schedulers and analytics dashboards; familiarity with Figma or Canva.
• Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support daily publishing across X, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Own community listening and engagement
• Test and build new channels like TikTok and Telegram
• Maintain content calendar and coordinate contributors
• Produce social graphics and event flyers using Figma or Canva
• Build weekly and monthly performance reports
• Track UTMs and maintain clean attribution
• Run production for X Spaces, webinars, and AMAs
• Build event pages and registration flows
• Cut recordings into clips and recap posts
• Draft social copy, newsletters, and event recaps
• Repurpose long-form assets into channel-native formats
• Support go-to-market for protocol upgrades and partner announcements
• Coordinate KOL toolkits and community distribution

Requirements

• 1-to-3 years of relevant marketing experience
• Strong project management instincts
• Ability to context-switch across multiple projects
• Clear, fast writing skills
• Working fluency with social schedulers, analytics dashboards, Figma, or Canva
• Comfortable working async across time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Web3 or crypto background
• Domain industry exposure
• Video editing skills
• Experience running live audio or webinar production
• Basic HTML, CSS, or no-code site building
• Data comfort with spreadsheets and light SQL
