Job summary

SNXS Creators Pad in Dubai is seeking a Social Media Manager Intern. You will create and publish authentic video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X, both on camera and behind the scenes, helping build the Creators Pad brand.

After 3–6 months, top performers may transition to a full-time role with expanded scope, a competitive salary, and a clear growth path within the brand communications team.

Qualifications

• Comfortable filming and presenting on camera

This is a hands-on, camera-forward internship for a content-native creator who lives on Instagram or TikTok and is ready to build something real, not just schedule posts.

As the SNXS Social Media Manager Intern, you will contribute directly to Creators Pad content alongside your work across the broader SNXS brand family.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager Intern to join our Dubai team onsite and grow with us. This is not a desk-only role. You will be in front of the camera, behind it, on the floor at events, and in the room where the brand is being built in real time.

You will manage content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, creating, filming, editing, and publishing for SNXS and its brand properties, mainly Creators Pad.

After 3–6 months, high performers will be offered a full-time Social Media Manager contract with a competitive salary, expanded scope, and a clear growth path within the brand communications team.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Currently based in the UAE
• Active, public Instagram or TikTok profile with original video content
• Comfortable on camera — filming yourself, presenting to an audience, or hosting live content is a natural part of how you work
• 0–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (internship or freelance experience counts)
• Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X — not just as a user, but as a content creator
• Basic video editing skills — CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent
• Self-starter attitude — you do not wait to be told what to post; you see the opportunity and move
• Strong written and verbal English
