Rakbank is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager - Remedial (Trade & Working Capital) to manage a portfolio of stressed and remedial SME customers. You will engage customers, provide debt counselling, and support restructuring and recovery initiatives to minimize credit losses.

You will work with Credit, Collections, Operations, Legal and Compliance to monitor repayment behavior, prepare remedial action plans, and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical and financial assessment capabilities.
• Understanding of SME credit and lending products.
• Ability to review customer financial statements and cash flow positions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
