Job summary

Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to deliver high-quality SME banking services. You will support Relationship Managers, handle client requests, and ensure timely completion of applications with full compliance to CBD policies.

You will coordinate with AML, Treasury, and other internal teams to maintain portfolio health, nurture client relationships, and drive FX and CASA growth while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as Business Banking Support or Assistant Relationship Manager.
• Experience delivering high-quality SME services and handling client requests.
• Familiarity with KYC and due diligence processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Liabilities, FX, PCM, and Trade product services to meet team sales targets.
• Ensure timely completion of product applications and gather required documents.
• Verify customer applications comply with CBD policy guidelines.
• Engage proactively with existing customers and coordinate with internal teams for seamless service.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, RMs and staff; attend regular team meetings.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and achieve SME service targets.
• Assist customers with KYC completion and ongoing due diligence.
