Astra Technologies is seeking a SME Collections Supervisor in the UAE to lead end-to-end recovery for an SME lending portfolio. The role combines desk-based portfolio management with in-person field engagements and oversight of third-party agencies.

You will negotiate repayment plans, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. Regular travel across Emirates is required, with a focus on preserving recoveries and customer outcomes.

Competenze

• 2+ years in SME or commercial collections within a bank, finance company, fintech lender or collection agency.
• Experience conducting field visits and negotiating with business owners.
• Experience managing or working with third‑party collection agencies.
• Working knowledge of UAE legal recovery process (returned cheques, civil claims, execution).

Mansioni

• Own collections performance across the SME portfolio, including delinquency, roll rates and net recoveries.
• Plan and conduct field visits to business premises and guarantors; document findings within 24 hours.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with collection agencies; monitor SLAs and agency performance.
• Run monthly performance reviews, quality audits and compliance checks with internal policy.
• Produce weekly/monthly MIS reporting on portfolio health, recoveries and legal pipeline.
