Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) seeks a senior leader to manage depot operations, ensuring bus readiness, driver deployment, and infrastructure readiness. The role focuses on safety, performance, and service continuity while driving strategic improvements with new technologies.

The position involves cross-depot collaboration, budget planning, and leading lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Transport/Operations Management, or Transport Systems.
• 6+ years of experience with a Master’s degree; 8+ years with a Bachelor’s.
• UAE National nationality is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end depot operations for bus readiness, driver deployment, infrastructure, and service continuity.
• Oversee safety, performance, and resource optimization.
• Drive strategic improvements and adopt advanced technologies for reliable public transport.
