Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai seeks a Bus Operations Supervisor to oversee all bus routes and drivers, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and compliance with standards. You will respond to driver inquiries and incidents, provide corrective guidance, and generate regular operation reports to support performance improvements.

The role requires a High School diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes and ensure trips follow schedules.
• Answer driver inquiries and provide guidance during incidents.
• Inform drivers of route instructions during disruptions or breakdowns.
• Advise on corrective actions to improve punctuality and OTP.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly operation reports and propose improvements.
• Report obstacles to supervisors and seek guidance as needed.
• Log corrective actions in the AVM system for future reference.
• Assist shift supervisors in evaluating impact on KPIs.
• Ensure timely daily operations reports including cancellations, delays, and actions taken.
• Adhere to information security policies and procedures.
