Job summary

Role operates on-site with regular visits to buses, stations, and facilities, requiring 2–4 years experience and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• 2–4 years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform field-level monitoring, safety checks, operational support, and customer-related tasks to ensure bus service quality.
• Ensure Occupational Health & Safety in premises by audits and hazard identification.
• Support Environmental Compliance & Sustainability by aligning operations with regulatory targets.
• Enforce Crisis Management & Business Continuity protocols.
• Launch and support quality and HSE initiatives to raise standards and pursue external recognitions.
• Monitor passenger and public safety and implement awareness programs.
• Track bus driver safety compliance and suggest corrective actions.
• Execute the approved HSE plan across bus operations and conduct drills.
• Inspect buses, stations, and facilities for cleanliness and readiness.
• Coordinate with control center on movements and operational issues.
• Provide field responses to social media concerns on-site and escalate where needed.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor driver behavior and safeguard assets.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Act as the Bus Department happiness team coordinator.
