ADNOC Drilling Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Field Operations Supervisor to coordinate and execute field activities in line with client contracts. You will supervise the field ops team, ensure safety and readiness of personnel and equipment, and manage daily reporting and permits to work.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 5 years of field experience (rig & rigless) including 2 years in a supervisory capacity, fluent English, and strong computer skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years field experience (Rig & Rigless) with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excellent computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, control and execute field operations in line with policies, procedures and schedule.
• Supervise the field operations unit staff and activities for safe and smooth operation.
• Ensure personnel and equipment are available to execute wireline jobs as per client contract.
• Prepare electronic permits to work and ensure timely job reports to customers.
• Conduct pre-job toolbox talks and maintain daily checklists on locations.
