Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive field experience with slickline operations.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor field crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead a slickline crew in the field across the geographic area under all operating conditions.
• Coordinate with customers to understand needs and ensure service quality.
• Ensure equipment, unit, WPCE and downhole tools are ready and compliant for each job.
• Promote safety and environmental procedures and complete HMS processes at the well site.
• Mentor operators and assist with post-job reviews and continuous improvement.
