Job summary

SkyTrak GCC (AlNajdiyah General Trading LLC) in Dubai is seeking a senior commercial leader to run the business day‑to‑day and propel growth across the GCC. You will own sales, operations and team leadership with direct reporting to the General Manager.

You will build a distributor and reseller network, oversee large premium projects from site surveys to handover, and report monthly on finances and leads. A UAE driving licence and travel across the GCC are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a team with commercial responsibility.
• Experience in golf industry or related golf brands is highly valued.
• Strong negotiation, quotations and margin analysis; proficient in Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable presenting to clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the full GCC sales cycle from enquiry and site visit to quotation, negotiation and close.
• Build distributor and reseller network across the GCC and MENA; assess enquiries and draft agreements.
• Lead bespoke simulator installations from site survey to handover with architects and contractors; track costs and margins.
• Run the business: manage suppliers, shipping, warehouse and inventory; develop SOPs; report monthly on finances and leads.

Job description

Lead the GCC growth of one of golf's most recognised simulator and launch monitor brands.

SkyTrak GCC (AlNajdiyah General Trading LLC) is the official home of SkyTrak in the UAE and wider GCC. We supply golfers, clubs, hotels, academies and private homeowners with launch monitors and premium bespoke golf simulator installations.

We're now hiring a senior commercial leader to run the business day to day and take it to the next stage. This is a full-time role in Dubai, reporting directly to the General Manager. You'll have real ownership of sales, operations and the team, and as we grow, the chance to build that team yourself.

What you'll do

Grow revenue

• Own the full sales cycle across the GCC, from first enquiry and site visit to quotation, negotiation and close
• Build our distributor and reseller network across the GCC and MENA: assess enquiries, negotiate terms and draft agreements

Deliver premium projects

• Lead bespoke simulator installations from site survey and technical drawings through to handover, working with architects and contractors
• Track project costs, margins, VAT and payment milestones each month

Run the business

• Manage suppliers, shipping, logistics, the warehouse and inventory
• Build and maintain SOPs for sales, installation and distributor processes
• Lead the Operations Executive and help shape the wider team as we grow
• Report monthly on finances and leads to the General Manager

Build the brand

• Oversee our Shopify store (skytrak.ae), paid media and social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram) that is handled by the marketing agency

What you bring

• 5+ years managing a team, department, branch or facility, with clear commercial responsibility
• Experience in the golf industry, for example with a golf brand, distributor, retailer, club, academy or simulator/technology provider
• Skill in negotiation, quotations and margin analysis, and confidence in Excel
• Excellent written and spoken English, and comfort presenting to clients and partners
• A UAE driving licence and willingness to travel across the GCC

Highly valued

• Experience with distributor or reseller agreements in the GCC/MENA region
• Experience managing installation projects and working from technical drawings
• Familiarity with Shopify and digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta)
• A strong sales record in golf, sports equipment, AV/technology or premium consumer hardware
• An existing network in the regional golf community
