Job summary

HTC Global Services is hiring for an Application/Production Support role focused on the Cargo SkyChain system in Dubai, UAE. The position covers end-to-end support from booking through accounting, with on-site responsibilities for a 1-year extendable contract.

Candidates should have SkyChain knowledge and airline cargo domain experience, plus skills in incident management, SQL data analysis, and end-to-end testing (SIT/UAT). On-call support may be required.

Qualifications

• SkyChain knowledge is mandatory.
• Familiar with airline cargo domain processes.
• Ability to analyze data using SQL queries.
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience performing SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support for the Cargo SkyChain system from booking to accounting.
• Monitor system performance, interfaces, and message processing.
• Investigate and resolve application incidents and user-reported issues.
• Support cargo operations including booking, acceptance, warehouse, and flight handling processes.
