Job summary

Job Description

• Functional Skills -Cargo SkyChain Functional Expertise end to end (Booking until Accounting)
• Airline and Domain SkyChain knowledge is mandatory
• Provide day-to-day application support for the Cargo SkyChain system.
• Monitor system performance, interfaces, and message processing.
• Investigate and resolve application incidents and user-reported issues.
• Support cargo operations, including booking, acceptance, warehouse, and flight handling processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cargo messaging (FFM, FWB, FHL, ASM, CPM, UCM, UWS, LIR, AGM).
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, and IT teams to resolve system issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions for recurring problems.
• Support application configuration, product setup, and system enhancements.
• Execute SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Support production releases, deployments, and post-implementation validation.
• Monitor interfaces and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Analyze and validate operational data using SQL queries and reports.
• Ensure compliance with IATA cargo messaging and industry standards.
• Maintain application documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Provide on-call support for critical cargo operations when required
