Job summary

Apt Resources is seeking an Arabic Speaking Executive – Cargo Service to join our client’s air cargo customer service operations in Abu Dhabi. You will handle customer interactions, support cargo operations, and coordinate with clients, internal teams, and airline partners.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer service or logistics, fluent Arabic and English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment. UAE-based candidates only. Salary AED 5,000.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
• Experience in air cargo, airline, logistics, freight forwarding, or aviation preferred.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
