Job summary

TBF INTERIORS LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring alignment with plans, specs, quality standards and schedules. You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and project teams, supervise architectural, civil, MEP and joinery works, review BOQs, and ensure safety and documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering degree or related field, minimum 3 years of experience, UAE driving license, and proficient

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
Experience in MEP works, joinery supervision, BOQ preparation and pricing, and basic AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to deal directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Proactive, organized, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
OSHA, PMP, or other relevant certifications are an advantage.
Valid UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily on-site operations ensuring construction activities align with plans, specs, quality standards, and schedules.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining workflow.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and enforce compliance with HSE regulations to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate project documentation including daily site reports, progress updates, incident reports, and material usage records.
Supervise architectural, civil, MEP, and joinery works, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project requirements.
Review, prepare and create BOQs as well as evaluate price and verify BOQs for project costing, budgeting, and tender submissions.
Coordinate and monitor MEP works ensuring proper integration with overall construction activities.
Utilize AutoCAD to review, interpret and make basic modifications to construction drawings as required.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and overall project management to ensure timely completion.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues, provide project updates, and maintain strong relationships.
Monitor subcontractor performance ensuring work is completed according to project specifications, timelines, and contractual obligations.
Identify site issues proactively and recommend practical solutions to maintain project progress and quality standards.
