Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience as Civil/Site Supervisor.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality procedures.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.
• Monitor site workers, subcontractors, and construction teams.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project management teams.
• Monitor construction progress and report updates to management.
• Inspect workmanship and ensure required quality standards are maintained.
• Ensure proper use of construction materials and equipment.
• Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain daily site reports, work records, and progress documentation.
• Ensure workers follow site safety rules and procedures.
• Coordinate concrete, masonry, finishing, and other civil works.
• Assist engineers with measurements, inspections, and site requirements.
• Ensure work is completed within scheduled timelines.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and organization at the construction site.
