Job summary

Artica Contracting LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily civil and architectural finishing activities at our project sites. You will coordinate masons, carpenters, painters, tilers, gypsum workers and other trades to ensure work is completed in line with drawings and specifications.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, can read construction drawings, and possesses knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of civil and finishing works.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Good leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Experience with UAE construction projects is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred; notice period are welcome; cancelled visas are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil and finishing activities at the site and coordinate masons, carpenters, painters, tilers, gypsum workers and other finishing trades.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Plan daily manpower allocation and monitor productivity.
• Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
• Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards.
• Report daily progress and resolve site-related issues.
• Supervise daily MEP activities, including electrical and plumbing works.
• Coordinate MEP activities with civil and finishing teams.
• Ensure MEP work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor manpower, materials and daily work progress.
• Resolve site issues and report progress to the Site Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with safety and project requirements.
