The role requires overseeing civil and interior works on site, coordinating with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation while ensuring compliance with UAE construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil and interior fit-out activities on site.
• Coordinate daily site operations and ensure work follows drawings and specs.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion within planned schedule.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors, labour, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and report project updates.
• Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of required materials.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and regulations.
