Job summary

Shaped AE, a Dubai-based luxury joinery and interior fit-out specialist, seeks an experienced site supervisor to lead on-site projects. You will supervise joinery and fit-out work, read drawings, plan schedules, and coordinate with clients and the office team.

Ideal candidates have strong English, a UAE driving license, and a proven track record in luxury interiors or high-end finishes. UAE/GCC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in joinery, cabinetry and fit-out supervision.
• Ability to read technical drawings and shop drawings.
• Strong communication in English.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Experience with luxury residential or commercial fit-outs (UAE/GCC preferred).
• Experience planning schedules and managing site resources.
• Strong leadership to guide a site team and subcontractors.

Shaped AE is a British-founded luxury joinery and interior fit-out company based in Dubai Investment Park 1. We create bespoke furniture and high-end villa interiors. We are looking for an experienced site supervisor with a background in joinery, carpentry, and interior fit-out to lead our on-site projects.

What You Will Do

• Supervise joinery and fit-out work on-site
• Read and understand technical drawings and specifications
• Plan and follow work schedules and make sure materials and workers are ready
• Lead and support the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Check the quality of work and make sure it follows safety rules and building standards
• Talk with clients, consultants, and the office team to keep everyone updated

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English
• A valid UAE driver's license (required)
• Strong experience in joinery, cabinetry and fit-out supervision
• Good knowledge for high-end finishes and bespoke interiors
• Ability to read technical drawings and shop drawings accurately
• Experience planning schedules and managing site resources
• Good leadership skills, able to guide a team and keep them motivated
• Knowledge of safety rules and quality control
• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Experience with luxury residential or commercial fit-outs (UAE or GCC experience is a big plus)
