Role Overview

BCD Paliath is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage our premium interior design projects from handover to final completion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional site execution, vendor management, and technical communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our designers' finalized concepts to life. You should have a comprehensive understanding of premium materials, specialized installation techniques, and construction sequencing to ensure a seamless, high-quality execution experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day site progress, tracking timelines to ensure the project aligns perfectly with the agreed master schedule.
• Quality & Guidance: Provide clear technical guidance and constructive feedback to contractors and execution partners to enforce BCD Paliath's high quality standards.
• Milestone Tracking: Set clear phase goals, compile interim and final checklists, and deliver comprehensive progress reports to management.
• Escalation Control: Act as the first line of defense on-site, professionally resolving conflicts, structural hurdles, or unexpected execution bottlenecks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central hub of communication between clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to prevent delays.
• Design Alignment: Interpret complex technical layouts and translate them accurately to on-site execution teams.
• Deviation Management: Serve as a proactive liaison when design deviations occur, balancing client requirements with design integrity and company principles.

Qualifications & Experience

• Industry Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven experience supervising residential and commercial interior projects, with a strong portfolio in high-end, premium villas.
• Technical Expertise: A deep, practical understanding of premium interior materials, modular fittings, civil/MEP interdependencies, and finishes.
• Project Management: Proven ability to multitask and comfortably manage multiple project sites simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp to read, interpret, and cross-verify drawings on-site (knowledge of additional 3D software is a plus).
• Documentation: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for tracking schedules, checklists, and reporting.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored for diverse audiences (from corporate clients to site laborers).
• Work Ethic: Energetic, self-motivated, and collaborative with a highly flexible and adaptable approach to dynamic site environments.
• Industry Awareness: A natural curiosity to stay updated with the latest trends, building materials, and execution technologies in the interior design industry.
