Job summary

BCD Paliath in Dubai seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to manage premium interior design projects from handover to final completion. You will oversee on-site execution, vendor coordination, and technical communication to translate designer concepts into high-quality results.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of interior project supervision experience, strong knowledge of premium materials, and proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Dubai-based role with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven experience supervising residential and commercial interior projects with a premium villa portfolio.
• Strong understanding of premium materials, installation techniques, and construction sequencing.
• Excellent on-site communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to interpret technical layouts and translate them to execution teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site progress tracking to align with master schedule.
• Provide technical guidance to contractors to uphold high quality standards.
• Set phase goals, compile checklists, and deliver progress reports.
• Resolve conflicts on-site and manage design deviations with clients and vendors.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to prevent delays.
• Interpret drawings for on-site teams and ensure accurate execution.
