Overview

Seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee daily fit-out operations across residential and commercial interior projects in Dubai. You’ll ensure work aligns with plans, quality standards, and safety requirements—all while keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site interior fit-out activities, including joinery, gypsum, painting, flooring, and MEP coordination.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, drawings, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and material suppliers to maintain timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and address finishing defects before handover.
• Maintain accurate site documentation—daily logs, progress updates, and material records.
