Job summary

• Supervises and leads skilled labor, and work crews in allactivities concerned project to ensure efficient and timely completion of theproject
• Demonstrates excellent labor management skills, follows policies,procedures and work practices, and develops improvements where necessary
• Reads and understands specifications, drawings, and all otherdiscipline srelated project and engineering documentation. Familiarizes andenforces strict compliance with all QA/QC and Safety procedures, plus allcompany rules and regulations
• Gives instructions and transfers knowledge in an efficient andeffective way to co‐workers and staff
• Understands the principles and importance of planning. Monitorsand tracks daily progress and work completed, comparing planned to actual.Takes appropriate mitigating action to ensure compliance with the plan, basedon knowledge of available manpower, equipment, materials
• Reviews quantities of materials received or used during specifiedperiods, in order to minimize wastage and inefficiency
