Job summary

KAD Construction LLC in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise road construction projects in line with approved drawings and project requirements.

The candidate will manage earthworks, drainage, utilities, asphalt and pavements; coordinate with surveyors, subcontractors, and clients; ensure QA/QC and HSE compliance; and prepare daily reports and handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in civil infrastructure and road projects.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong experience in road works, earthworks, drainage, utilities, asphalt, kerbs, pavements.
• Proven ability to supervise construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress.
• Good knowledge of UAE construction standards, QA/QC, HSE and site documentation.
• Good English communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor road construction activities as per drawings and specs.
