Familiarity with drawings, specs, and shop drawings; strong coordination skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.

Responsibilities

Supervise the installation of mechanical systems on-site (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection).
Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical works.
Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors and consultants.
Review and approve subcontractor drawings and method statements.
Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of installations and commissioning.
Provide technical support in site meetings and ensure alignment with other disciplines.
Ensure compliance with local codes, permits and health & safety regulations.
