Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC seeks an experienced Site Manager to drive safe, offshore EPC project delivery in the UAE. You will oversee site execution, construction leadership, safety, and schedule achievement across offshore facilities and islands.

The role requires an Engineering Degree, 18+ years of Oil & Gas EPC experience, and mandatory ADNOC offshore project involvement. Strong leadership and ability to mobilize on short notice are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore site execution ensuring safety, quality, schedule and productivity objectives.
• Direct subcontractors, supervisors, foremen and discipline engineers to milestones.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and PTW requirements.
• Coordinate offshore logistics, vessel schedules and material movements.
• Monitor progress against Level 3/4 schedules and implement recovery plans.
• Lead daily coordination meetings with ADNOC, PMC and project stakeholders.
• Manage workforce mobilization, offshore rotations and accommodation.
• Resolve field engineering challenges with engineering and procurement teams.
• Review construction work packs, method statements, risk assessments and lifting plans.
• Oversee mechanical completion dossiers, handover packages and commissioning support.
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity and cost optimization.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to drive the safe and successful delivery of a major offshore Oil & Gas EPC project in the UAE. This role will be responsible for overall site execution, construction leadership, safety performance, schedule achievement, quality compliance, and coordination with key project stakeholders. The selected candidate will play a critical role in delivering one of the region's most significant offshore developments.

YOUR ROLE

As Site Manager, you will be responsible in the performance of the following but not limited to duties and responsibilities;

• Lead overall offshore site execution, ensuring achievement of project safety, quality, schedule, and productivity objectives.
• Manage construction, installation, pre-commissioning, and completion activities across offshore facilities and islands.
• Direct subcontractors, supervisors, foremen, and discipline engineers to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure full compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, PTW requirements, SIMOPS, and offshore safety procedures.
• Coordinate offshore logistics, marine spread operations, vessel schedules, and material movements.
• Monitor progress against Level 3/4 schedules and implement recovery plans when required.
• Lead daily coordination meetings with ADNOC, PMC, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Manage workforce mobilization, offshore rotations, and accommodation requirements.
• Resolve field engineering challenges and coordinate closely with engineering and procurement teams.
• Review construction work packs, method statements, risk assessments, and lifting plans.
• Oversee mechanical completion dossiers, handover packages, commissioning support, and start-up activities.
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost optimization initiatives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Must have an Engineering Degree
• Minimum 18+ years of Oil & Gas EPC experience
• Minimum 7 years in a Site Manager or equivalent senior construction leadership role
• Mandatory ADNOC project experience
• Mandatory Offshore Oil & Gas construction experience
• Proven experience in brownfield shutdowns, tie-ins, and live plant modifications
• Strong knowledge of E&I, ICSS, Telecom, Piping, Structural, and Mechanical installations
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to mobilize on short notice
