Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years UAE experience in HSE.
• Certification in HSE management (NEBOSH/OSHA) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and local environmental laws.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify hazards on construction sites.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to reduce hazards.
• Enforce adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct safety training sessions for on-site personnel.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental best practices.
• Maintain records of safety incidents and corrective actions.
• Oversee environmental compliance on construction sites, including waste management.
• Monitor sites to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non-compliance.
• Inspect equipment to ensure safe working condition and maintenance.
• Maintain records of inspections, trainings, certifications, and compliance.
• Provide ongoing safety advice to site management and workers.
