Job summary

مجموعة الطاير on-site supervision role requires a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering and 2–3 years in interior contracting or construction. You will manage drawings, materials, and manpower, monitor progress against plan, and liaise with site management to ensure timely completion and compliance with quality standards.

The position emphasizes organizing workforce, handling technical issues, coordinating demobilization, and overseeing subcontractors to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in interior contracting or construction.

Responsibilities

• Obtain drawings, assess material and manpower, then hand over requirements to Purchase after approval.
• Monitor progress against the project plan and report discrepancies/delays for corrective action.
• Organize and manage the workforce, supervise the site, and keep the Manager updated on progress; address technical and drawing changes as needed.
• Regularly liaise with Site Management on adherence to the program and highlight discrepancies when any.
• Conduct quality checks with the QC Inspector to ensure products meet specifications and complete checklists.
• Coordinate site demobilization on project completion and prepare applicable reports.
• Execute snag lists from consultants, oversee sub-contractors and monitor all jobs for timely completion and compliance.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering

2 – 3 years experience in the interior contracting / construction industry

To develop and implement the project program on site in an organized and cost effective manner in accordance with the approved design, quality standards and within the agreed time frame

Responsibilities

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

• Obtain the drawings of the project, assess the material and manpower requirement accurately and hand over the material requirement to the Purchase Department to enable procurement, after approval
• Monitor project progress against the project plan and report discrepancies /delays for taking corrective action
• Organize and manage the workforce, supervise the site, keep the Manager updated on the progress of the project and attend to all technical and engineering problems, additional manpower requirements, drawing changes, etc. in an effective and timely manner
• Regularly liaise with Site Management on adherence to project program and highlight discrepancies if any
• Conduct quality checks and complete quality check lists, with the QC Inspector, on works carried out to ensure that the products meet specifications
• Coordinate site demobilization on project completion and prepare applicable reports
• Execute issued snag lists from consultants, oversee sub-contractors for various works, and monitor all jobs for timely completion and compliance
