Job summary

Amana Group in Dubai seeks an AE - Site Engineer to champion on-site steel building projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee construction activities, and ensure excellence, sustainability, and client satisfaction across contracts.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree and at least 3 years of hands-on site experience in steel buildings, with UAE regulatory knowledge and proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, and AutoCAD. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on site engineering experience in steel building construction.
• Proficiency with project management software and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel to multiple project sites.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations for steel structure installations and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Monitor schedules, track progress, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and enforce QC procedures.
• Maintain site documentation: logs, progress reports, material tracking.
• Manage on-site procurement, material handling, and storage to minimize waste.
• Lead safety briefings, enforce PPE, and investigate incidents as needed.
• Facilitate communication between field teams and office engineers.
• Prepare and present status updates to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and environmental regulations.
