Job summary

AECOM in Dubai seeks an experienced site supervisor for civil engineering projects. The role requires coordinating with the Resident Engineer and Structural Engineer, ensuring compliance with contract documents, and supervising contractor resources on site.

You will maintain QA/QC, prepare daily site reports, and manage safety and inspections for bridges and related structures. Applicants should have 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE, and a Civil Engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Minimum 7 years of experience on similar projects.
• Relevant experience in structural and roads projects.
• RTA approval is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with contract documents, drawings and health and safety measures and updates.
• Ensure contractor compliance with contract standards and specifications.
• Maintain records of contractor resources (human and equipment).
• Undertake site supervision and inspections as directed by RE/SE.
• Coordinate with the contractor to ensure proper resource management and safety.
• Prepare daily reports including works orders, deliveries and inspections.
• Follow up and implement site instructions from RE/SE.
• Apply quality controls and procedures on site.
• Prepare site measurements and surveying checks for bridge work and related structures.
• Coordinate with client project manager during site inspections.
