You will report directly to the Project Manager and serve as the main link between design plans and site execution.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Equivalency from the UAE Ministry of Education is a plus).
3 to 6 years of site execution experience within commercial, residential, or high‑rise construction projects in the UAE.
Strong familiarity with local authority procedures (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DAA, Dubai Civil Defence).
Ability to read and interpret complex CAD drawings, MEP coordination layouts, and structural details. Hands‑on experience with surveying equipment (Total Station/Auto Level) is required.
Dubai Municipality (DM) card or Society of Engineers (SOE) membership is strongly preferred.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is a strong advantage for site workforce management.
