Job summary

Revive Building Contracting LLC in Dubai seeks a motivated Site Engineer to join our team. You will supervise daily site activities, coordinate labour teams and subcontractors, and ensure works follow approved drawings and specifications.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on coordination on residential renovation projects. Experience with UAE construction, fit-out, or villa projects is advantageous, as is a good understanding of civil, architectural, and MEP

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
UAE experience in construction, renovation, or fit-out preferred.
Residential renovation and villa experience is an advantage.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
Basic understanding of civil, architectural, and MEP works.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and ensure works progress according to schedule.
Coordinate labour teams, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor workmanship, quality, and site productivity.
Coordinate civil, architectural, and MEP works on site.
Conduct site measurements and quantity checks.
Monitor material requirements and coordinate site deliveries.
Identify and resolve day-to-day technical and site issues.
Maintain site records and provide regular progress updates.
Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and Revive’s quality standards are maintained.
