Job summary

The Code for Decoration Design & Fit Out LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Construction Engineer with strong fit-out experience to supervise site activities and coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams. You will ensure compliance with project specifications and government regulations, prepare method statements, and manage schedules to deliver quality work on time.

A UAE driving license and 3–5 years of UAE experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UAE.
• Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and UAE authority regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and government regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, design, and internal teams.
• Prepare and review method statements, work schedules, and progress reports weekly (Mandatory).
• Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control.
• Assist in material approvals, procurement follow-up, and cost monitoring and operations.
• Maintain regular coordination with the Project Manager and Director regarding project updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or rework.
