Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a Site Engineer to lead on-site construction and interior fit-out projects in Dubai. You will ensure design intent is executed accurately, supervise subcontractors, and maintain strict quality standards from first fix through handover.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of total experience, including 2–3 years in interior fit-out, with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, plus MEP coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 6–8 years total construction experience, with 2–3 years in interior fit-out.
• Minimum 2 completed medium-scale fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishes, ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, and MEP coordination.
• Able to read and coordinate architectural, ID, structural & MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction and fit-out activities.
• Enforce quality standards, ensuring flawless craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Coordinate daily site schedules, track progress, and produce clear progress reports.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly to keep projects moving.
• Liaise with the Project Manager and Design Team to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
• Supervise subcontractors, run inspections, and control materials on site.
• Prepare RFIs, MIRs, WIRs, method statements, snagging lists, variations, and as-built documentation.
