Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a hands-on site supervisor to oversee MEP, maintenance and civil works across multiple Dubai sites. You will coordinate technicians, subcontractors and day-to-day site activities to keep projects on track.

The role requires UAE experience, a valid driving licence, and strong reporting skills using WhatsApp, email and MS Office. You will travel between sites, ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction, and hand over completed work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in MEP, facilities maintenance, technical services or civil works.
• Experience supervising technicians and site workers.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel between Dubai sites and locations.
• Proficient in basic reports using WhatsApp, email and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.

• Must be familiar with Dubai locations and capable of travelling between multiple sites.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.

• Ability to prepare basic reports using WhatsApp, email and Microsoft Office.

• Able to work independently and manage site teams effectively.

Preferred

• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field.

• Experience with maintenance contracts, fit-out works or facility management companies.

• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
