Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking a Site Engineer - Civil Construction in Dubai to supervise daily civil works on high-rise and residential projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and safety, and monitor progress to meet schedules.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 3–8 years of site experience.
Direct UAE construction environment exposure to high-rise/residential projects.
Ability to supervise reinforcement, concrete works, and finishing activities per approved drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily civil construction activities across assigned site areas.
Ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, surveyors, foremen, and site personnel.
Inspect reinforcement installation before concrete placement and verify compliance with structural drawings.
Check formwork alignment, dimensions, levels, supports, and readiness for inspection.
Monitor concrete works from preparation to curing and related quality controls.
Supervise blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities throughout the construction sequence.
Monitor workmanship against project standards and coordinate consultant inspections.
Track labour, materials, equipment, and daily progress; prepare documentation for reviews.
Identify drawing discrepancies and site constraints early and coordinate resolutions.
