Job summary
Azizi Developments is seeking a Project Engineer - Site Construction in Dubai to manage site execution, authority coordination, planning, inspections, and multidisciplinary activities for residential, commercial, hospitality, and high-rise projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or closely related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Project Engineer or in a comparable site-based construction position.
- Experience with Dubai Municipality procedures, building permit transactions, consultant coordination, and authority requirements is highly valuable.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily construction activities and connect site teams with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
- Review drawings, specifications, quality plans, and client requirements before execution.
- Prepare sketches and technical details to guide foremen and site teams.
- Lead site teams to achieve productivity and milestones.
- Inspect works and coordinate with authorities for approvals and handover.
- Prepare project status reports and monitor QA/QC compliance.
