Overview

Site Engineer (Fit-out) vacancy in Ajman UAE. Avance Globe is a fast growing indoor firm. We are in requirement of Carpenter for our Ajman location. This is a great opportunity for long-term employment with room to Grow as well as Excel! We are searching for a permanent, detail-oriented Site Manager to look after all our building tasks. You will be keeping an eye on on-site day-to-day activities and reporting the progress standing to the indoor Fit-out Tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the progression of all building activities
• Ensuring on-site employees comply with health and safety guidelines
• Implementing industry best practices as well as safety procedures
• Translating building plans and construction blueprints
• Conducting site evaluations to guarantee it is free from any security hazards
• Taking care of on-site mishaps with utmost care and understanding
• Keeping an accurate attendance report of all construction site employees
• Examining daily building work and recommending any improvement actions
• Ensuring project completion according to the established timeline
• Communicating the progress report to the Building Project Manager
• Participating in on-site conferences or events

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications

• 3 years strong work history
• Masters/ Diploma
• Sivil Eng./ Draughtsman
• Computer expertise
• 1 Year UAE Experience - Site Guidance Experience
