Job summary

Sobha Constructions LLC is seeking a site supervisor to manage residential or tower project components on a Dubai site. The role involves supervising foremen and workers, ensuring adherence to drawings and specifications, and coordinating with subcontractors to meet project milestones.

The ideal candidate will apply QA/QC standards, maintain safety on site, and report daily progress and productivity to the planning engineer. Prior experience in similar scale projects is required.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

The job holder is responsible to manage parts of a construction project providing technical advice nbsp supervising staff on site and ensuring that their packages are completed on time and within budget nbsp Understand fully the specifications and drawings related to the works nbsp Assess manpower equipment or other resources required to ensure timely completion of the project and inform the respective construction manager nbsp Coordinate with the supervisor and execute the work as per planned schedule nbsp Submit daily reports like DLR Daily Labour report with allocation details nbsp DPR Daily productivity report promptly to the Planning Engineer through the respective Construction Manager nbsp Ensure effective corrective and preventive actions on the NCRs pertaining to their scope of works nbsp Ensure to close issues within 7 days nbsp Coordinate with the subcontractors and ensure all the standards are maintained as per company s norms nbsp Coordinate with store executive in the receiving inspection of the project materials where required nbsp Coordinate with store executive for consumable materials stock and requirement nbsp Coordinate with planning engineer for look ahead program nbsp Coordinate with safety officer to maintain company s HSE standards nbsp Continuous training and evaluating the supervisors Foremen and Workers nbsp Drive the Productivity payments to workers along with foremen Supervisor nbsp Achieve targets as shown in project schedule by nbsp Encourage promote and maintain safe site working conditions nbsp Ensure compliance to QA QC procedures plans and work instructions nbsp Liaise with site QA QC engineer for preparation and maintenance of applicable quality records nbsp Liaise with site QA QC engineer to attend to non-conformities and ensure that corrective actions are taken as appropriate nbsp Manage subcontractor activities and ensure timely completion as per project schedule nbsp Obtain resources as required as per Contractor procedure nbsp 3 years of experience in a residential or Tower Project
