Job summary

Azizi Developments in Dubai seeks a Site Engineer to manage a construction site, provide technical guidance, ensure safety, and maintain quality on a single project from start to finish.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and 4–9 years of UAE/GCC site experience, with coordination of subcontractors and suppliers and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering /Construction or related discipline.
• 4-9 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction/contracting.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on a construction site in all weathers and manage one project at a time.
• Provide technical advice and solve problems on site.
• Organize materials and ensure site safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and tools.
• Coordinate with the plant workshop regarding equipment and machinery.
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor site activities and ensure work is completed to specifications.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.
• Attend site meetings with consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure works meet safety requirements.
• Study drawings and develop a time plan with the manager.
• Ensure quality of works.
