Job summary

The CODE FOR DECORATION DESIGN AND FIT OUT LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer in Dubai to oversee and coordinate civil construction activities at project sites. You will supervise daily site work, review drawings, and ensure compliance with specifications while coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and approved documents.
• Ensure construction works follow approved drawings and project specs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, surveyors and project team members.
• Monitor progress and ensure activities meet the approved schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper execution of civil works.
• Check setting-out, levels, and other site measurements.
• Monitor material quality and workmanship to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and authorities when required.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure implementation of approved method statements and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and progress reports.
• Review subcontractor work and verify completed quantities for progress evaluation.
• Maintain records of drawings, site instructions, and inspection reports.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical updates on construction progress.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, specifications and company procedures.

Required Qualifications
